Do you have your account PIN @KeeganM1 ? You can call 611 from your public mobile device/SIM and remove autopay that way.

@KeeganM1 Try again incognito mode private mode there’s cache issues or even another device or lap top , also if you plan to port your number from pm that will automatically close your account otherwise you can get support to remove your credit card from the account immediately

@KeeganM1 Is your PM account still active? Can you select the SMS option for 2FA to send the verification code to your phone?
