@KethanRAJa - Go to My Account, go to 'Payments,' then 'Manage Subscription' then turn off the 'Subscribed' switch.
If you are porting to another carrier,Do not do this. The carrier you are porting to will cancel your Public Mobile service & you will need to have you PM service active for the port. If you are just wanting to end service with Public Mobile, do that.

@KethanRAJa We are just customers like you trying to help . But to cancel you can port your number . Or turn off auto subscribe
Turn auto subscribe off/on
You can also ask support to remove the credit card in file right away
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
