SIM card has not arrived after 10 days. How can I cancel subscription?

That's not exactly true. If they've chosen a plan and have the SIM card sent to them, they still got charged for the plan/SIM. They may not have an active account per say but the charge still happened. 

@Hmnoakes if you wish to keep the plan, because of the Canada Post strike, I suggest pickin up a SIM card via these routes. Then, you can use those to finish off the sign up with the app. Then contact a CS Agent and they can credit your account.

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

@Hmnoakes  You have to ask support to help remove credit card number on file if you want to cancel subscription

please check with PM CS agent by direct message, they might be able to find a way for you to pickup the sim card in person quickly.  Of course, they can help to cancel the subscription as well
