recently activated PM via eSIM
phone always displays SOS mode. Cannot make calls?
Would it have been better to get a physical SIM card or is it just PM reception that is the problem?

Ok, try this. Reboot your phone, then in cell settings (iPhone) make sure “turn on this line” is selected. See if that helps, and let us know.

It’s a new phone and new activation with PM
did not port anything over from old phone or carrier

@Bumps If you Ported in from a different carrier, please check that PM eSIM is set to primary and the old one is off.
