Hello,
I am overseas and am not able to receive messages on my public mobile line- therefore am not able to cancel my subscription . Can you please provide me with assistance -thank yu

you can get the 2FA code via email. When you are at the 2FA screen, click Didn't receive code or Resend code and the Send email option should be there
But if you don't see the option there still, then you will need to ask PM support agent to help, you can submit ticket by direct message:

@Nur1 PM does not work overseas. only in CAN , and US /MEX if you have those plans. Best thing to do to "cancel" is get to wifi zone, log in to the app or web version and toggle your subscription "off". This will immediately suspend all upcoming payments and after 90 days / 3 cycles of inactivity, your account will no longer be available. Hope this helps
