We are lucky we have at least SOME support even it is over email only.

Some companies have ONLY AI chatbot which is dumb as a nail and you cannot reach AMYBODY human even if you want to pay to talk to them.
Some companies have 'live' support who reads from a script and have ZERO knowledge resolving issues.

So we are good, agents do respond if you ask them politely; sometimes it take minutes or hours but I never have been left without response.
I just submitted a ticket over chatbot (proper way to contact Agent!) so will see how long it will take them to respond an resolve my minor issue.

Quick update (3 min later) - Agent responded within 3 minutes asking me to authenticate myself... VERY FAST response!

@tazmoffatt  nothing  illegal here, just a different business model

@Ahmed9  PM has human to handle your situation.  But they don't "talk" to us on the phone, it is through tickets and messages

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

PM will reply to your community inbox,  between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:

@Ahmed9  the reason PM has no live customer support you can “speak” to is the same reason a lot of other businesses offer that choice.  Consider your local bank. If you want the face to face - speaking version, you wait in line and see an actual bank teller. Or you can go the self serve route and go to the ATM, which is usually faster, cheaper and performs most of the same duties. Grocery store, Walmart, Home Depot, McDonald’s etc ?.. you can choose the live cashier or self checkout in these cases as well. We are becoming a self serve society more and more as time marches on, and that’s why PM plans start at $20, and not $35. And on second thought, PM offers this community free of charge, so technically you have thousands of customers able to help you at any given time, and I think that’s more valuable than waiting on hold for 23 minutes to talk to a live person. Hope this answers your question.

Definitely not, seems to be a recurring trend to save money and avoid outsourcing to call centres. Then again, you know what “AI” stands for.

if you need help you need to get the submit a ticket to an actual agent. It’s hard to find the but the bot will eventually give you a link

Should be illegal in Canada to be running a business with no customer support via phone
