I haven’t received a sim, I jeep getting charged monthly. Everytime I sign in to my account it takes me to the continue activation and then it asks me for payment information again. 
mom getting really frustrated and I just want a refund and to cancel services that I’m not using

As mentioned in your earlier post, you will need to contact customer service agent.

I would like to cancel my service as I can’t seem to do it myself. My account still wants me to complete payment information and I still do not have a public mobile sim therefore I am paying for services I am not using. I need help, every time I try to talk to an agent it says they are unavailable.

When did you order the SIM card?  It should take about 10 business days to arrive.  If more than 10 business days, you will need contact customer service agent.
