I haven’t received a sim, I jeep getting charged monthly. Everytime I sign in to my account it takes me to the continue activation and then it asks me for payment information again. mom getting really frustrated and I just want a refund and to cancel...
I paid for a sim to be sent and the $45 dollar plan I paid via cc which I was charged for, but I never got a confirmation or email with info of arrival date.
