Can I get a prepaid plan refunded?
I put myself in a stupid situation.
I ordered a SIM card + plan for my in laws with their email. When the SIM card arrived, I forgot I did this and activated the SIM card and ported their number with my own email.
I lost the promotional plan in the progress but that is completely my fault.
At this point, is there a way for me to get a refund for the monthly plan I paid when ordering the SIM card?

Let's remember that the offfical policy states that no refunds will be provided. Any exceptions are only done on a case by case basis, so there's no way to know for sure if a customer support agent can or will help with this.
