Cancel previously purchased plan/Sim

Hi. Quite a long time ago I purchased a sim for my young daughter's phone but didn't end of using it and now lost the sim card. I'd like to cancel the plan attached to her account so I can purchase a different plan and a new sim. I'm trying to reach the customer support team. Thx!
