you meant the sim card number itself or the correct phone number now show on the phone settings?
if it is the correct phone number problem, and if your PM service is working ( you can receive inbound calls without trouble) , then reboot phone and Reset network settings would fix it. If same, you can manually remove the phone number first, reboot and manually add it back
