My friend is leaving Canada and she is not coming back until next year, how she can cancel her PM?
I helped her to unsubscribed PM but could not take her visas card number off from the payment, but she just worry if any mistake be made , please help 🙏

No further action required if you turned off the subscribe option already. Once the current cycle lapses the account will stay suspended for 90 days, and then it closes completely and the number and account are gone.

@Lhaha , only a CS_Agent can remove the card from the account.

That's about all customers can do in self-serve. But you can change the card. If you're interested, I could give you the particulars for a visa gift card that can be changed in the account. Then renewal will fail anyway and it will fully disappear 3 months later.
