Cancelation and refund

Good afternoon. 

i would like to know how I go about getting a refund on my new plan as I signed up today and the purchase has been completed but I am unable to download the app and verify my identification therefore I would like to know how I go about canceling my plan and receiving a refund. I would like to be ensured that the monthly fee will not continue to be withdrawn from my account

If downlaoding app was the only problem, you don't have to cancel.  PM can help to complete the activation without the app.  You only need to send them a ticket 

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

You would need to engage an agent from Public Mobile for this request.  The link is below.

They can remove your cc# if you still wish to abort.

If you have a friend or family member   you can ask them to download the Public Mobile App  to their phone, complete the activation and once successfully done  they can remove it from their phone and you always access your account from the web page. 

That's what I did with my activation and i have never used the app once yet.

Since you can’t download the PM app. You need to complete the activation of the SIM and create an account. Since you haven’t completed this, you were not charged, created an account nor activate your SIM. You can check if you want by clicking on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket. 

Another option is to have a friend or family download the app for you and create an account and activate you SIM. Once actived, they will need to delete the app and you can manage your account online.
