Hi, how do I cancel my plan? I am unable to log in self serve, I don’t remember my email or password.

Some people aren't reading what you wrote.
Another option is to pause your credit card overnight of your renewal date. It will go into suspension and then 90 days later it will be fully cancelled.

@Help123 - call 611 from your public mobile device to remove Autopay (or call # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC). After 90 days in nonpay status, your account will be closed.

@Help123 @If you’re porting number out it will cancel automatically otherwise login and disable auto pay. You can also get support to remove cc info right away this to will cancel

Edit you can try change password and use all emails you remember having used in the last and see if one you’re still using gets a response to reset password . Otherwise you will need support to regain access to get account number if you do want to port

To "cancel" the plan, you can either port out your number to another provider and your account will be closed upon successful port out of the number
Or you can also login to My Account and go to Payment page -> Manage Payment Method, and then disable Pre-Authorized payment. PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed
