Hi all, is it possible to cancel the ordered physical sim to esim. Just subscribe few minutes ago.

Obviously since you haven’t yet received the sim then you can just simply activate an e-sim. I think that’s the way to go because this way you won’t have to wait days for your physical sim in order to start using the phone. When eventually you do receive the physical sim , if you want you could transfer the e-sim to the physical sim. You can do all of the above by self help on your account pages.

it likely is hard to do it yourself without PM support's to help
if you can log back into My Account using the app, then you cannot order esim yourself
but you can ask PM to generate the esim QR code for you, just submit ticket by message using this link:

You'll need to contact customer support to have them cancel it for you. To contact support you can submit a ticket through the chatbot by pressing the chat bubble in the bottom corner and typing in "submit a ticket" and selecting "Contact Us".
