I was intending to become a subscriber to Public. My device does not support eSIM. I ordered a Physical SIM card directly from Public Mobiles website.
I placed my order on July 21st. I was hoping the SIM would arrive in time to take advantage of the last batch of plans that were being offered; it is now July 30th and I still don't have the SIM. The plans on offer have now changed and they are not as good.
Meanwhile, I placed an order for a SIM card with Chatr on the weekend and I just got it today; if Chatr can deliver a SIM card in 2 business days, why can't Public?
I have my order number. Public either needs to provide me with my SIM card; or provide me with a refund of $10 + HST.

it's only 9 days, sim card can take up to 3 weeks to deliver
but you can check with PM support agent and confirm if they got the order and shipped out.
