I have an old email and phone so i can't log into my old account because I'm not getting the darn code on my phone which i don't have anymore in order to get into my account and turn off the darn auto pay. Can someone please help!!!

Do you have access to the old email account? You can resent 2FA code to your email instead. Try again and click on "didn't get the code. "

When the app or website asks for the six-digit code, click the words that you didn't get the code and eventually, app or website will give you the option to send the code to you by email instead of by text. Once you get the code by email, you can access your account and stop the auto pay. Good luck.

@Johnchip So you're just trying to turn off autopay, not cancel your account completely? Try opening a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page. If that doesn't work send support a private message using this link

You'll need to contact customer support. (Edit: As others have stated, if you have access to the old email you may not have to.)
To contact support you can submit a ticket through the chatbot by pressing the chat bubble in the bottom corner and typing in "submit a ticket" and selecting "Contact Us".
