I’ve opened my credit card statement and was billed 15x by public mobile on it!!! I need this resolved immediately.
the credit card fraud won’t do anything until I speak to public what happened!

Were the charges the same amounts? on the same day? Any of the charges pending? Did you see extra availabe funds in your account?
For billing inquiries, you will need to contact customer service agent. However, it can take a few hours for CSA to respond.
