I would like to cancel my subscription and refund the due amount of $21.47 as I am unable to activate e-sim as it says my phone (Samsung Galaxy A54 5G) is not e-sim compatible.

There are 2 models of the Samsung A54 5G. One with SIM and eSIM and the other is dual SIM.
I am assuming your have the dual SIM tray model then it isn’t eSIM compatible but if it is a single SIM tray with eSIM then it is eSIM compatible.

If your phone is not eSIM compatible, which I don't think it is, since you haven't actually activated the account, you can request a refund by creating a ticket. With that being said though, you can still get a physical SIM card from places like Amazon. Click on Amazon for the link. Or you can find a local Telus store that may have one. Click on Telus to get link.
