Please cancel my plan immediately and REFUND MY OCTOBER 29 CHARGE. I lost my cell phone and have been unable to contact you. I am thoroughly disgusted with your service and want to be rid of you.

You can dial 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your cell number then follow the prompts to disable AutoPay and after 90 days for nonpayment…your account will be cancelled.
As PM is an online service, you are in control of your account and since PM is a Prepaid service unfortunately no refund.
Guess you will be asking for a refund on your lost phone next.

I would highly recommend also asking Customer Service to remove the credit card that is attached to your account in addition to turning auto pay off. Once a payment isn’t made your account will automatically close in 90 Days.

Sorry to hear that you have lost your phone. You can contact the CSA through raising a trouble ticket or you can send them a direct message. As PM is a pre-paid service there are no refunds. IF you can log into your self serve account you can remove autopay and your plan will not renew to a new cycle at the end of this current one.
