I have ordered for a new SIM card. It seems the delivery will take three weeks. So I would like to cancel it.  We never know either you or me ever live for three weeks. Cancel it sir

You can buy another one from one of the alternative options like CCS and talk to a CSA agent on the options for cancelling, refund or having them credit the account for the second purchase. Depends on how long, etc

If too late to cancel just keep it as a spare or give to friend or relative.

Please note we are all PM customers on this Community and we are not PM staff.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent to see if it was shipped out.

Meanwhile, you can order one from Canadian Cell Supplies online for $2.99 on sale. They will ship within a day or you can pick it up if you are in the Mississauga area.

When the PM SIM arrives from PM, you can sell it or give to a friend or family and they can use your referral code so they can get a $10 credit and you will get 1 point credit in your account.

The shipping says UP to 3 weeks. Most people receive their SIM within 7-10 days.

@Sohamasmi   how long you have ordered the SIM?  if just couple days, there is a chance you can stop it.  Try to open a ticket by direct message to PM and provide them the order number:
