Does anyone know what happens if the text message received for line transfer is not responded within the 90 min time frame?

@nadiadaigle96 did you try reboot your phone?
The process is NOT instant after you replied the text. Usually it is take around 15 mins to 2 hours, or it could be longer on a busy day. Try reboot your phone every 15 mins and see if you can receive incoming calls.
You can also contact the porting department and have them to confirm if the process is completed, I will private message you the phone number , check your Community inbox on the top right
BUT, can you at least make outgoing calls? If you cannot even make a calls, it is not a porting problem but another issue., let us know

Once you reinitiate the process it should be almost instantaneous, just make sure you are around so you can get that step out of the way bc it is pretty smooth after that

The phone number transfer would fail and the number would stay at the originating carrier. You'd have to try again, but you'd have to get a customer support agent to complete the request.
