I am out of the country in Mexico and would like to cancel my account ,my PM number doesn’t work in Mexico. I can not log onto my account starting with user name , I am not receiving the 6 digit code to reset my user name or password . I would like to get access to my account (manage) and cancel my credit card on file to discontinue my account.

If you know your 4 digit account pin and if you can somehow dial 1-855-4pu-blic from where you are then you can turn off autopay in the basic dial-in account system.

Hi @Puerto22 Please open ticket with PM CS agent and they will reset the password for you
to open ticket with CS Agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
start by typing : Forgot Login Information
You can then disable Pre-authorized payments once you can login to My Account
