What is the email or telephone number to contact a representative from Public Mobile directly? Please cancel my account now. Thank you.

Porting out will cancel your account too. 

Think about removing your auto pay set up first.  Remove ..... not disable.

@bigwheels90  - to cancel an account all you need to do is call 611 from your phone to cancel autopay. Then in 90 days of nonpayment your account, phone number and access to self serve is closed/gone.

 

OR, you can port your public mobile number to another provider this also closes your account here.

 

You may want to ask CSA to remove any registered card on the account first though, if you have one.
