Cancel lost secondary phone

My daughter lost her phone and I need to cancel the plan that is on my credit card. I'd rather do it on your end but will contact visa if I can not. We don't have the phone so I can't get into the account to close it.

@Handy1  - remember 611 is with the public mobile sim card in the phone, since phone is lost than 611 is not an option. But I think you meant to put the 855 number here, as in other posts I noticed too; keep an eye out for that.  🙂

PM is all done online and you manage your account yourself as noted by others.

If you contact Visa and reverse any charges from PM, you will be Blacklisted and if you reinstate your account. You can only pay with vouchers for 18 months before you can pay with a CC or debit.

You can contact a CS_Agent through private messaging to help you if you can’t do it yourself as we are customers like you helping other customers.

do you know the 4 digits account PIN?

If so, call 1.855.4PUBLIC, enter 1 for English and enter the phone number and disable Autopay from there

Another way is to login My Account and disable it there.  Go to Payment page, Manage subscription and then disable "Subscribed" there

If you have problem login My Account with the 2FA code,  you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Resend code and then choose Send email

Turn  auto pay  OFF/ON  3 easy clicks

Finally you can ask ask support to remove credit card info right away . Or if your port number out it will close the account automatically also
