Hello, I just activated an eSIM for another provider but my account is still active. How do I cancel it. It obviously didn’t reroute my number as it should.

@Willow23 Did you keep your PM sim active in the phone to receive the text message authorization and replied YES within 90 minutes?

Your port to the other provider needs to be completed by them. If you just cancel Public Mobile, you'll lose your phone number.
It is their responsibility to do the port which will then "cancel" your account on Public. You'll of course lose whatever pre-paid amount.
