Hello,  I just activated an eSIM for another provider but my account is still active.  How do I cancel it.   It obviously didn’t reroute my number as it should.  

Hello,I recently changed from android to apple and the in call volume is extremely low. I contacted Apple and they didn’t know how to fix it.  The volume is on high but still no go.  I am using the 3G setting but the LTE setting doesn’t work either. ...
