I accidentally bought a public mobile plan, I need to cancel the payment as well as the plan. I cannot access the app because it requires me to get a new sim before entering the app.

if you bought a PM plan, it means you activated an account
but if you paid, but you changed your mind and the account was not fully setup, try to ask PM for a refund. Since your account is locked, you will need support agent to help. Please send them a message

Strange because you are only charge when to create a new account and SIM. If you didn’t activate both then you weren’t charged.

How did you active an account and SIM if you are having issues with the PM app?
You can only activate an account & SIM on the PM app.

PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund. But they could help in such situation. Please discuss with support by direct message here:
