I need to cancel the autopay from My Account. Can you please guide me on how to do it?

It would put monthly payment on hold but if you stopped payment for longer than 90 days then it will cancel your account…no more access to your account, your number will be returned to the carrier you got your number and your SIM will no longer work.

hi @aakhalaf2001 no, it won't stop your current service (your current cycle)
it just wont renew the plan at the end of the cycle

hi @aakhalaf2001 login My account -> payment > Manage Subscription and turn off there
