Hi @Daredevil
if you want to transfer your number to another providers you need to keep your account with PM Active,to do that,
also if you have Autopay in your account remove it,
automatically After 90 days of non-payment, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:

@Daredevil Out of curiosity. Why do you want to leave?

HI @Daredevil there is no formal way to cancel the plan.
First, login to your My Account, disable Autopay , remove credit card
if you are keeping your number, then activate a new service and request porting. Once porting completed, your account will be closed
if you are giving up your number, then nothing else to do after. PM would not be able to get the renewal money on the next cycle. Your account will be suspended. Then 90 more days from that , your account will be closed and your phone number will be returned

@Daredevil
Remove your credit card from monthly payment or don’t make your next monthly payment.
Or you can port your number to another carrier and will automatically cancel PM account.

@Daredevil - porting out your number, cancels your account with Public Mobile.
OR, 90 days in nonpay/suspended status will also close your account permanently.
In either case, remove the credit card from your account if you have one registered before you port or go into suspended status.
