Canada wide talking minutes

Hi - Need some help. My plan says, I have unlimited Canada wide minutes but when I tried calling a different Canadian province (I live in Ontario) I am getting message you are out of your long distance minutes. Any advice on this please.

Thanks. I tried doing that, but got this message "sorry your call cannot be completed as you have used all your minutes"

@imran1 , try adding 1 in front of the 10 digit phone number.  In any event, you cannot be charged extra and your call will go through.
