Thanks. Have Canada US plan. My husband has the same and he is working seamlessly after crossing into NY. Our settings are the same. Not sure what else to do.

@LM8 Ensure you have data roaming turned in phone settings , also set phone to 4G/LTE not 5G and make sure your connected to T mobile or AT&T some have confirmed version works in some places . Also do you know if your phone /account has voLTE that could be issue if it doesn’t

both data and voice not work? did you but US addon or you have Canada-US plan?
try this. Make sure Roaming data is enabled. then change network mode is 4G or LTE. Then Changege the network to manual and try each of T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon.
