Canada-US 5G package

I have the Canada-US 5G package. Do I have to turn on the data roaming in the cellular settings while I’m in US?

Yes Roaming must be enable and also if your phone have VoLTE setting (voice over LTE) enable it too. If it doesn’t have this settings then it would be automatic if your phone is on the whitelist for devices that will work in the USA.

If it is not listed then manually connect to T-Mobile network.

@ehung7_  in order for your data to work, leave the data roaming set to ON.  There are no additional fees to have this on as your package includes it. Hope this helps.
