I am still being billed when I have cancelled account. How do I rectify this?

PM can help to issue refund. Since you cannot properly login if your account is closed, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

when you log in do you see "subscribed" turned on? that is what PM calls autopay, you will need to turn that off to turn off auto pay.
If this has already been turned off and you're still being billed, you should reach out to a PM customer service rep and request a refund, you can message them here:
