APN in settings shows:   sp.telus.com    APN enable/disable not working

Settings, Connections, Mobile networks, Access Point Names. Is one set to on? Does it say sp.mb.com under the name of the one that might be set on?

Tap into it.

We're looking for things like:

MMSC = http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc

MMS Procy = mmscproxy.mobility.ca - could be an ip address

MMS port = 8799 - could be 80 if ip above

 

And some others. Screenshots would be better.

 

Adding - can you tap in to the telus one and can you edit what you see? Or are they greyed out?

Seriously, we can't help you if you don't tell us whether you've looked at some settings being suggested. Data saver on or off, Data limiter, settings in the browser.

go ahead and enter that PIN to confirm you will do the reset network,  don't be afraid is nothing you will losing just the password for wi-fi.

@AndrewOstrowski   you have been repeating this yourself

We know you have data.  It is very likely a problem on your device blocking the use of the data

 

It would be nice for you to first try Reset network.  It was asking you for the PIN, please enter your usual screen lock PIN.  (I  am not saying your screen has problem.  Screen lock pin is the 4 or 6 digits pins people used to unlock the phone.  A screen lock pin is used for security purpose to avoid others to use your phone)

 

It it still does not work, please tell us what brand and model of your phone. 

You will probably need to update your APN .  It is easier for us to walk you through if we have the brand and model of your phone

I don't know what you are talking about, my screen is fine I have wifi, FB, and everything else all works except Mobile Data

I'm being a little wary for you. I don't think network reset would want a pin. I could be wrong. I really don't want you doing a serious reset inadvertently.

Adding - I don't know if all Android phones have this method of getting there but go into Settings then General Management then Reset then Reset network settings.

 

Still and again, is there a reason you won't look at some of the options that have been suggested?

HI @AndrewOstrowski   Not plenty.  Unused data , the regular one in each cycle, will not be rolled over to the next cycle.  So, you still have what your current cycle gives you

 

What PIN was it asking when you reset the network?  it probably just asking for your phone unlock screen pin, please just enter that

 

Honest, you might need to bring it to a friend for help.

....and bluetooth pairings.

Do you have data saver on? There's a setting for the browser to not use cell data when that is on.

And we still haven't heard if you have those other things that softech pointed out.

Likely you will get back your Mobile data

The only thing you will "loss" is the Wifi you have setup. But they are easy, you just need to re-join the Wifi .  So, make sure you have your home wifi password
