can you check your mobile data page to see if you have mobile data limit enabled? if you have it enabled, turn it off

I'm liking softechs idea that your phone has a data limiter or the browser is being limited or blocked. Did you say you tried it in another phone? Can you send an MMS picture text (not imessage picture)?

are you sure you have data left call *611 to see you have data left or not

If it is no Wifi, this is not a problem with PM network. Wifi is your home internet. You sure even Wifi is not working?
what brand and model is your phone?
I suggest you to try to Reset Network and see if it works. Please note when you preform a Network reset, your saved Wifi will be removed, too and you have to rejoin the wifi networks

voice and SMS are fine just Mobile Data, used to work, not any more

@AndrewOstrowski were you ever able to use mobile data on your current phone?
are voice calls working?
are you on Android? if so, please confirm if you have data limit set. PM is running on 30 days cycle while your phone counter is working on monthly. At some point, the cycle date on the device will be off so much that it will cause issue. Check your if you have mobile data limit set

Is your data turned on? Has it ever worked here? Is your account active? Can you talk and text?

turn off device and take out SIM card and put it back, or tried in other device, and rebooting device.
