Can't update credit card

My plan tried to charge my expired card today (my bad for not remembering to change it), so I've been trying to pay all morning. Every time I have tried to update my card I just get an error message saying it could not be processed and now I can't even type in my card number. The information has been correct every time, I have tried on my computer and my phone, I am at my wits end. I just want to pay my bill. Help?

@Heather1109  To many failed attempts you might need to wait one full hour before trying again sometimes 24 hours . And try again incognito private mode or from another device . You can also buy payment vouchers and load them on *611 and resume services right away . Worst comes to worst you can also ask support to help you update the credit card info also
