I switched today from rogers to public mobile about 8 hours ago. I can make calls,but can't receive calls or texts. Anybody know what the problem is? Seems impossible to to contact a human being

I've been switched from Telus to PM yesterday, a porting still not been completed yet. Still on Telus network. Would you be able to share the porting assistant team contact # with me?

Sound like the port was not completed. there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update. I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them

did you reply YES to the confirmation text sent to you by your old provider within 90 mins ? If so, now remove their sim and install Public Mobile sim and restart...does that help ?
