Maybe it's just me, but I honestly feel like I'm on the verge of my breaking point with this company.
This morning I woke up to yet another "network unavailable" message on my phone. Fine, these things happen, it's a part of the reality of having a mobile phone and the overall changing landscape of things from time to time.
I eventually got used to the fact that EVERYTHING is now solved online when it comes to Public Mobile. What I'm struggling with is the fact that I can no longer submit a ticket, because whenever I try to use the chat box, whilst ALREADY logged in, it continues to ask me to login, and when I do so, it refuses to log me in without any type of error message whatsoever. Now, I'm guessing that wouldn't matter anyways, since there's no way to submit a ticket, unless of course, in my angst I'm missing the obvious. This is 90% possibly the case here, so I'm grateful to those who are remaining patient with my outburst, as well as those who might get a good chuckle at it, as that's what I'm sure I'll do, once someone points out the obvious that I am missing, lol.
Nonetheless, can someone please help and guide this misguided fool 🤦🏽♀️ lol.
