Simply put the SIM into a working phone and the 2FA code will be sent to the new phone.

I got the app started the process, wanted to transfer a number from a phone that does t work and now they are sending a code to that phone I can’t access

You need the PM app to activate your new SIM. Once it is activated then you can use the app or online to manage your account.

and in PM situation, if new subscribers want to join, they have no choice but to use the app to subscribe

I would still use COMPUTER instead of app/phone to do important things like signing up, renewing subscription, etc.

you downloaded the app yet? and you are using Wifi ? can you login?
