I can't sign into account my plan is suspended and I no longer have the email that I signed into my account with so I can't put in a payment and it's not allowing me to do it over the phone just wants me to call my credit card company which I already have and they tell me I have to contact you my phone company really dissatisfied right know

You can still access your account with the email address but you can have the 2FA sent to your phone by text so you can access your account.
If you want to change your email address in your account, please contact a CS_Agent to help you change your email address.

While you wait to re-gain access to your account, you can buy vouchers and use that 611 service to enter it. Or use real time payments in a few stores. Then figure out your account while you have service.
Did you possibly deal with a fraud on your card recently?
