When I sign in it's sends a code to a nother numder then mine and it won't let me in my account

yes, you need to login at least once receiving 2FA code via SMS before you will see the email and voice message option.
have yo opened a ticket with PM support agent yet?

Change receiving a code to email and then see what is in your accouont.
