Can't sign in to create a ticket

When I click 'get help,' it kicks me out of my account and then I choose to chat with Simon it asks me to log in again, and it is a circular issue. When I get Simon to give me the ticket link I cannot start a ticket because it will not accept my login credentials. When I try to reset my password, it will not accept the email address I used to create my account and my community account and have just logged in with.

The irony of all this is public mobile is a mobile phone company, yet their self-serve functions are best supported using desktop or laptop devices.

 

We know, it’s stupid.  🙄

The website is finicky.

Try to clear cache or incognito, private mode.  Or a different web browser or even different device.  

If that fails, you can send a private message to CSA (supposedly takes longer to respond)
