So I got a sim card a couple of days ago, and went to set everything up today. All went great, but after I put in my credit card details, I got an error saying it could not be processed, and to please try again. So, I went to try again, except now it won't accept the number from the SIM card. I also can't create a self serve account, because I don't have a valid phone number to use.
I read somewhere that there is a moderator team who can help with backend details, but I'm not sure how to reach out to them. What should my next step be? I don't want to have to buy another sim card, especially if it will just fail again.
