Hi, I can’t send phone call. Receive phone call, texto, data is ok. Ask for support but never got the call back. Is this happening only to me?

HI @mega-169- you "ask for support", did you open a ticket? did you check Community inbox for reply? Maybe they replied already
or message them again and push for a solution

do you have the $15 plan with 100 minutes of outgoing calling ?
Use a laptop and log in to your account / My Plan and Add-ons...then try this...

Are you on the $15.00 plan?
Could you have run out of outgoing calling allotment of 100 minutes? To find out, log into self-serve, tap the little refresher icons on the page, and look at your calling section.
Adding: If you need to purchase calling minutes, choose the $5 add-on for 500 additional minutes.
