Can’t send out receive phone calls

I can’t send or receive phone calls.

 It started with not being able to receive text verifications on my phone. 
I went to cellular data and found it was using my daughters phone number(also a PM account) for cellular data.  I went to iPhone ID to select my PM number but when I tapped on it, it erased from my phone in all sections. 
Not sure if it’s related but I purchased U.S. add on package that has not expired.

 Any ideas?

@faschmatta you are not a new subscriber, right?  

you can start with asking PM support to re-provision your account/sim.  

or another way, if you can login My Account (maybe use email to get the 2FA text) is to buy a new eSIM using the app. 

If you decide to check with support first, open ticket :

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Login" and finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

It’s an e-sim, so I’m guessing I can’t try that on another phone.

 Also, I tried adding the pm number to my Apple account but it needs to be verified with a text to the PM number that I’m missing… so no text.

@faschmatta it shouldn't be related with your US add-on

try Reset Network Settings on your phone

and you have another phone to test your PM sim?
