Can't send or receive texts but need text verification code to log in!

Hello, 

Title says it all. Cannot send or receive texts and it's been more than 2 days since I transferred my number from another carrier. Calling works.  Messaged @CS_Agent  last night but haven't heard back. As a first time PM user I am NOT impressed..

Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how easily/quickly did it get resolved?

@vial_solution   Were you asked to leave the phone turned off for a period of time before restarting? Do voice calls in and out work, and data?  I would try repeating what they said again and if it still doesn't work then contact them again.

A CS agent finally got back to me and said they made a change on their end and asked me to reset mobile network settings and restart my phone.

Didn't work - still cannot send or receive texts. I hope that wasn't the only trick they had up their sleeve because now what?

Quick Update: they were able to me and get my SMS/Texts working now.

@vial_solution  There is currently a technical glitch with SMS messaging for some new customers. Customer service can fix it but their hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern time and unfortunately because of the volume of items needing fixing the response time is slower than usual.  Hopeful it will get fixed for you soon.  To log in, try tapping Didn't Get the Code or Resend Code a few times to see if it will give you the email option.
