Can’t see plans.

I am trying to change my subscription to one better then the 39.00 20gb lte plan. Specifically the 5G 45.00 plan.

But my only options I can choose from in the app or online is the even worse 3G ones. All of two of them. And when I try to do it from the website and I log in it tells me I have a subscription already and do the change from my account yet my account shows no choices. 

any ideas?

try using a different web browser...I use Firefox without any probs. If all else fails, use this link to message a CSA to make that change for you. Give them as much account info as you can...ie; account number, phone number, PM pin number etc...

This is all I see on my laptop. Same as on my phone when I’m logged into my account and choose change subscription

On the app make sure you are selecting to view all of the plans, the view options are at the top of the page:

If you don’t see this option, you can try force closing the app, clearing your browser cache and data on your phone, and then re-opening the app. 

If all of this doesn’t work you can look at the plans on the desktop website and then message customer service for assistance to apply it for next renewal on your account.

Keep an eye on your mailbox here as that is where your reply will come in (envelope icon on desktop, click your avatar icon in the corner and then click messages if on mobile).

try logging in on a laptop...you should see the full plan menu for your selection.

added..log in, then Subscription and Add-ons / click the Change Subscription tab to see the menu. Make sure to select Change on Renewal.
