Can't see my subscription

When I log in, my current subscription can't be found. 

I'm trying to change to the current Canada-wide $29 subscription, but I have no guarantee that my old subscription will stop because I can't see it. 

Help!

oh , that is a problem with the My Account login.  You shouldn't leave it, you need to ask PM to check and link your email login with your My Account

What is in the screenshot is all that was available to me BEFORE I tried to change my plan. This is it. No options to see my subscription, and I repeat, this is BEFORE I changed my plan.

you said your subscription was not available to see, honest , what you meant by that?

you cannot see it in the Plan details (Manage Subscription page)? or you cannot see it on the Change Subscription page?  Can you provide a screenshot of what you see ?

I went to my account. I logged in. My subscription was not available to see. I have another account with another email and phone number. That one was visible.

I gave up trying to access my subscription because getting support around here is an exercise in extreme hoop jumping. 

It was only after I'd tried multiple times to access my current subscription that I decided to switch to the $29 one. 

I'm probably going about it all ass backwards, but it's incredibly frustrating.

hi @JA66 

if you just want to see the current plan details, you can check it under Manage Subscription 

but if you are talking about your current plan no longer can be found in Change Subscription page, that is normal.  Your old could be old and not available to change back to anyway

and you see the $29 plan you want? use Change on Renewal option to make a plan change on your next renewal
