I'm out of Canada and trying to retrieve my voicemail messages but I keep getting the following message when I call my Public Mobile number (from a 3rd party VOIP number):
"The client you are trying to reach is not available at this moment. Please try again later. 1B1"
In the past, I would just hit "*" while my outgoing voicemail was playing and I would be able to login to my voicemail and retrieve messages. Now it looks like my number isn't working for others to call and people can't leave messages.
I have tried turning off Live Voicemail in my iOS. I have also tried calling my number from airplane mode (using wifi calling).

Thank you @Chalupa_Batman ! I opened a ticket with a CS agent and I was able to retrieve my voicemail with one of the numbers you provided in your link.
It's just strange that I couldn't retrieve my VM by calling my own number like I used to when I'm outside Canada.

Unless your package has expired, if you're still having issues, reach out to a CS Agent to find out why it's not working.

Top right corner of the page will be their reply.
There is a list here of numbers you can call from the province/area you live in. You can try calling one of those and follow the promts to get your voicemail.
I haven't tried this before as I've had US add ons.
